Ingenuity, plus courage, plus work, equals miracles.
Angelina and I have built Alightintheattic to tell you a wonderful tale. It's an inspirational story of overcoming, shared by many of our members. Angelina and I have experienced both ends of the pendulum swing; growing up not knowing our genetic fathers and now being great parents. Experiencing world travels and then praying for just bus fare. We've lived in luxury condos and an old warehouse. We've gone from driving race-cars to not even owning a car. We've shared the joy of 5 births and the sorrow of 1 death, the misery of marital betrayal, the stress of being a sizable employer and the agony of financial failure.
We are, in all aspects, overcomers. We appreciate abundance and understand the challenges of being broke. We've persevered and prospered - in spirit, character and possession because of a handful of principles that never left our empty pockets, and a few caring friends that never turned their backs.
We've built Alightintheattic to share the insights, the "aha's" and principles that have been passed on to us because they've helped us continue smiling, hoping and modeling optimism.
Inside, you'll find hope, encouragement and connections to some of the most incredible people on earth - people with Alightintheirattic willing to see you through to your success - for the simple joy of sharing in your journey.

The Resource Library in Door 2 is filled with surprising stories, insightful puzzles and cute jokes that will enlighten, equip and encourage you to fight the "good fight of faith" as you become the marvelous person you see/feel/hear in your heart. You'll also have a chance to share your story of overcoming with other members and in doing, make a world of a difference in someone else's journey.
The Member's area in Door 3 can be thought of as a "Compassionate Connection". It's a place to meet people who share your struggles and people that have wondrously conquered a significant challenge.
Door 4 has a cool "free" store with recommended movies, books and music to reinforce your greatness.
